Refund and Returns Policy

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, to be eligible for a refund.

Used items are NOT returnable or refundable. A used tool is a tool that shows any sign of use that you would not like to see when you purchase a new tool.

Return window for new current merchandise is 30 days after delivery. We will not accept returns after 30 days. 

Returns must be accompanied by the RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization). Please contact us to receive the proper RGA #, address, and instructions.

We do not issue prepaid RGA # return labels, and the tool must be sent freight prepaid by the customer.

All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the incorrect item has been shipped.

A 20% stocking fee will be charged for any unused item and returned item.

If you receive a damaged item, you need to call us at 856-784-8600 Ext. 105, within 5 days of receiving the item.
